Am I a Cyborg? Website Privacy Policy Last Updated: November 5, 2026 This policy covers the website amiacyb.org: the home page, the contact page, and the pages for Darling Please, Favologic and LUXORB, including favologic.amiacyb.org and darling.amiacyb.org. Each game has its own policy for the game itself: https://amiacyb.org/privacy/ Am I a Cyborg? (amiacyb.org) is responsible for this information. You can reach us at amiacyborg@gmail.com. 1. What We Collect Visits and clicks (only if you accept): When you open a page, your browser sends our own server a random browser ID, a random visit ID, the page you opened, the time, your browser's time zone, and where the visit came from (the name of the website that linked here, never its page, or the campaign tag in the link). We also record the links you press, with their text, and when you turn on the sound of the Darling Please video. Nothing is sent from browsers we recognise as automated. Country counts (only if you accept): Once a day, our server looks up the country of your IP address and adds one to that country's count for the day. We keep only the daily total per country: not your IP address, and not your country with your browser ID. IP address (only if you accept): Our analytics server keeps a one-way keyed hash of your IP address, not the address itself, to limit how much one browser can send. It is deleted after about a day. Contact form: If you write to us, we receive your email address, your message and the topic you chose, by email. We use them only to answer you. Server logs: Bluehost, which hosts the website, records requests and IP addresses to operate the service, as on any website. We do not ask for your name or account, and we do not show ads. 2. Cookies and Browser Storage ac_consent (cookie, 6 months, and browser storage): your choice, so we do not ask again on every page. It is set only after you choose. Only if you accept: ac_d (cookie, 1 year, and browser storage): the random browser ID, shared by amiacyb.org and its subdomains, so that one browser counts as one person. ac_s (cookie, 30 minutes): the random visit ID. ac_queue (browser storage): visits and clicks waiting to be sent to our server. The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept. Until you do, these are not set and nothing is sent to our analytics. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page: declining deletes ac_d, ac_s and ac_queue. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. The website works the same either way. 3. Why We Use This Information We use visits, clicks and country counts to understand how the website is used and to improve it, based on your consent, which you can take back at any time. Taking it back does not affect what was collected before. We use contact messages to answer you, and we keep server logs to run the website, which is our legitimate interest. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. 4. Who Else Receives It - Bluehost, which hosts the website and our server (https://www.newfold.com/privacy-center) - Google, for the email inbox that receives contact messages (https://policies.google.com/privacy) These providers may process data outside the European Union. Links to the App Store, Google Play and YouTube take you to those services, under their own policies. 5. How Long We Keep It Visits and clicks: up to 400 days. Browser IDs not seen for 400 days are deleted. Backups of our analytics: 14 days. Country counts: kept as daily totals, which identify no one. Contact messages: as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. 6. Your Rights You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it, and you can take back your consent with "Cookie settings". Because our analytics is tied only to a random ID, we can find your data only if you send us that ID: it is the value of the ac_d cookie in your browser. Deleting the cookie stops your new visits from being linked to the old ones. You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Portugal, that is the CNPD (https://www.cnpd.pt). 7. Children's Privacy This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. 8. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. 9. Contact Us If you have any questions, contact us at: amiacyborg@gmail.com
